How to delete a specific song from recently played?

I have been trying to delete specific songs from recently played, but I can't find an option to do so. I tried Mac and iOS and I can't seem to find an option. It seems that this option existed in older versions

Yeah I feel like this should definitely be a feature!  Some random true crime podcast started playing when I didn't know it and it's totally creeping me out, I can't get it to go away from my homepage by playing other things either.  Weird and I don't know why they wouldn't let us control this.
