How to delete data storage (named as «other apps»)

Hi! 
i can not find out How to delete storage. The storage that is «other apps». I havet cleared out the other things, but I can not find put How to clear out «other apps», which takes up a lot of storage. What is this, and How can I clear it?

I believe the storage use indicator you are looking at is everything on your storage medium. Other apps would be other apps you have installed on your device.

If you could send a screenshot of what you're looking at, I may be able to provide a better answer.
