I can't listen downloaded music offline

For the past 2 weeks i have been unable to play music offline without Internet. I have tried all the possible solutions including deleting cache and data, putting it on offline mode and even reinstalling the app. But i am still facing that problem.

I've been having the same issue... I emailed Spotify 3 times last month, however they still haven't replied.

I don't know who to email. I use to be able to play music offline all the time and for the last month I can't.  I have switched it to offline mode and tried everything I could think of other than Uninstalling because I'm afraid to loose my songs. Can someone help??? Please????

Having the same problem. Also not willing to uninstall app because downloading 10gb of content again is a ridiculous suggestion to fix a crucial problem
