No, only two option, as far as I know.

First, you can buy a dedicated multiroom system, like Sonos, Bluesound or competitors.

Second option is to group speakers via Alexa, or Google home (I guess works too), this way you can stream to created groups using Spotify Connect. I use the Alexa solution, but speaker groups are so unstable it is no fun, I have to reconnect most devices every day ..also streaming interrupts often.

In my opinion the most important function possible, to listen music everywhere in your apartment. But hey, instead they have a function for you, where you can listen the same song with your friend on the other side of town.
