Is there a way to exclude censored tracks from playing?

Sometimes when Spotify goes off on its own and starts suggesting songs (e.g., after reaching the end of a playlist) it will play songs that are the censored/family friendly? versions instead of the regular versions. I hate that. I’m an adult. I don’t need/want my music censored. Is there a way to excluded these tracks from playing on my account?
