Missing lyrics

Hi, is there any way to add lyrics to songs? I listen to english songs and there are lyrics always in every song, but I also listen to songs in czech language and there are lots of missing. Thanks

Let me give an example of missing lyrics. The lyrics for Saints by The Breeders is unavailable on Spotify. So I found them. Here they are:
