why cant i see all the music of one artist anymore it used to list all the albums in order by year and display all the songs NOW I HAVE TO CLICK ON EACH INDIVIDULE ONE AND IT SUCKS its so time consuming just to listen to music... im really thinking about going back to apple music

Yes, this was perfect and great before. I'm just looking at this new UI more in depth now and I can truly say it is horrible. Features that were easy and functional before are completely gone or now useless.

This new update is terrible. It seems like I find a new stupid, worthless change every time I use it. Not to mention it is buggy and painfully slow. Who thought it was a good idea removing the search window from the homepage? Playlist creation from albums no longer incorporates the artist's name making playlists impossible to identify at a glance (but the iPhone app still uses both [artist - album], go figure). Analytics missing. Playlists no longer have a default column for artist. Did I mention how terribly, awfully, pull my hair out, jump off a tall building, slow it is? It's as if Spotify assigned this update to its most experienced programmer with the instructions to sabotage the user experience in every way possible.

I canceled my premium subscription and got the $5 a month Pandora plan. I could not be happier, great playlists and radio stations. You also receive in-depth biographies and discographies, lyrics, album covers for the song playing and related artists, plus more. I will probably go to the next level for the ability to play any album or song.

I canceled my premium subscription.  Until the desktop app becomes more usable, i can't see myself paying for it anymore.  Unfortunately not enough people seem to care about the changes for Spotify to even acknowledge that this small group doesn't like it. 

I have never listened to an audiobook on Spotify, why are they they top item on my home page?

Have always loved Spotify, seriously one of my favorite products I use. Never looked for alternatives, until today. Literally just downloaded Deezer, had never heard of it before. But I see they separate Audio from Podcasts, which is a HUGE win already. Hopefully they listen to users. Ironic that Spotify exists for customers to listen to it, yet it doesn't listen to its customers.

In my heart, im still kind of hoping that Spotify fixes this and i can go back.  I was already comfortable with Spotify.

Yeah the new UI is awful. The worst for me id that you cant browse  and listen songs on different albums without clicking them open one by one. I have had premium subscription from 2009 IIRC. Somewhere around 2010 I used to create playlists, but nowadays I just browse my search history to pick something up if I am not in a mood to listen something new. But now my search history is gone, and only thing what's left is the 'Your Library' which offers artists from my few playlists from 2010... Argh! First time I really consider canceling my Premium and switching to something else.

I hate Spotify's new update on the playlist. I had it organized the way I wanted it and now searching for music has become a chore. This has pushed me to YouTube music so I can at least have control over my own playlists.

I am currently on a 3 month trial with Deezer seems to be a little more expensive. Albums are easy to find by artist and you can even sing along

First it is BS that you have to go to this forum to provide feedback to the company.   And AGREED!  I have been a premium subscriber for over 10 years and it is so much less user friendly.  Now considering using something else.  Half the time I just go to youtube any way.  Not sure why they made it HARDER to listen to music.   I've noticed it also doesn't play through the list of artist songs at the top of each artist profile anymore.  Just the one you click on.

Amen, I thought I was the only one complaining. First thing I noticed is why the **bleep** discover weekly is in "made for you" page? It used to be front page. Artist info is gone? Fans also like, where is it? Their old system worked, why did they mess with it? Things like this is why people try other services AT ALL. Stupid.

The new update is disappointing. I can't find anything. The computer app look nothing like it used to. I can't see current music, new releases, or genres. It's hard to find pages I used to. It seems like an iTunes for Spotify... like a place where all my music is but there's no finding new music anymore. No easy playlists to click and try. Apple Music is now an easier interface to use to find new music. The playlists I can find are all the same it seems like. The radios being playlists don't allow anyone to find new music based off an artist that they like. Just wish it would go back to how it was before.

Click collaborative playlist open click date added and it will sort playlist newest song added to top, on computer version Spotify. Mobile device version Spotify tap playlist open and tap filters and tap recently added.
