Discrimination in ads

There is an ad on (German) spotify and I think it's really offensive. How do I block it? I tried but apparently you just can block content (podcast, music etc.), or do I miss something?

As of today, my app updated and I no longer have the New Episodes folder. I have the Your Episodes folder but it's only for stuff I've downloaded/kept. Now with the new update you have to hit the bell button, then click podcasts, then click unplayed....
