New Update and New Interface

I just did the update (Desktop). But the old one seemed better and I can't see what my friends are listening to without going into settings.

When I say I can't see it, there is no shortcut. It can only be opened in settings.

My new version is 1.1.96.785.g464c973a and I didn't like it at all. Pls back old version.

Yes again an 'improvement' based on assumptions instead of reasoning. Why would someone want to traverse more distance with the mouse to choose what music to play? When it was all together this was much easier.

I'm happy though that nowadays you first test them in A/B tests to gather real customer feedback.

The cmd-K shortcut addition is a good one, following the trend of command bars. I applaud you for that. You can add much more functionality to this like 'go to' etc, favorite etc.

The interface you're seeing is indeed part of a test we're currently running. Not to worry though as it will soon be over and everything will be back to normal. We appreciate your feedback and we've forwarded it to the relevant team here at Spotify.
