Not able to log in or reset password

I am unable to log into my spotify account. Anytime that I try it says “This email and password combination is invalid.” I have tried to use the “message us” tool on the Spotify website and the agent brought me to an email but still nobody has wrote back. Anytime I try to reset my password I do not get the email. Also, when I log in with the website it says this:

“Access to your account data is restricted by policies within your organization. Please contact the administrator of your organization for more information.”

By the way, I have been using my school email to make it easier to log in on my school computer.

please help.
