I’ve been a paying Spotify customer for over 10 years.  It has worked great, and now it is literally unusable.

I‘m already gone, nothing Spotify can say will win me back since a brief stint with Apple Music has made it clear how much I was wrestling against podcasts just to have a decent music listening experience at this point. Spotify is going in another direction and there are viable alternatives, no need to waste my time and money.

Stopped all updates on my phone for Spotify, the moment my app stops working and they still try to forcefeed me this**bleep** tictoc Bs I'm gone for good

I’ve already left, well I am in a trial with Tidal and am not renewing the Spotify subscription, the UI is horrendous and not giving users a option to remove it is ridiculous 

who ever imo,I enter it should get sacked, it’s awful
