Playlist Name removed?

in the beginning (over many month without any problem) "Kizomba Mix 2023 | DJ Rene" then i got yesterday the notification.

then i tried yesterday another name "Kizomba Vibe 2023 | DJ Rene" and same problem

i tried any bame but get always the notification and the playlist name is removed

please, any ideas??
