Playlist info going missing

So, on Spotify, I have a Mario Kart Wii OST playlist that I put together myself. However, recently, the info has disappeared. After I redo the info, the next time I check it, it's gone. I have no idea why it's doing this.

I did, however, get an email saying:

"We have found the following content to be a violation of our content policies, and we have removed it. Please see our Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use for more information.

spotify:playlist:2i5dCzTChEG8qjfecWUJzo "

It didn't give a link to the T&C, nor did the last thing work. Help-
