Playlists are not going public.

Hi, I can not make a playlist public. There must be a problem with my account. I am trying to make some playlists public.  On top of the playlist name it says "public playlist" but those are not showing on my profile. 
Tried to make them private and then public again and nothing. 
Then I tried with the playlists that already are showing on my profile and they can not back to be public.

I already tried from desktop and from my iphone and ipad.

To confirm, have you tried selecting Add to profile via the three dots icon at the top of each of your public playlists?

If your playlists are still not displaying on your Spotify profile, I'd recommend trying a clean reinstall by following these steps; this is more thorough than a normal reinstall, and can be useful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
