Playlists

Hello. I left my computer on the other week and Spotify was playing. When I came back there were over 2000 empty playlists. I stopped and restarted but these playlists can only be removed one at a time in the normal way one would do so. Why Spotify can't give an option to multiple delete I do not know. Does anyone have any idea of an alternative way I can get rid of all these playlists? Are there files in the programs or somewhere I can erase them? It will take an age to do it in the normal fashion, and how on earth this happened in the first place is a mystery too. Cheers everyone.

Maybe if you delete the playlist hold shift or ctrl on the computer and click while you select one by one, try this first.

How about if it's on the phone app? 1 by 1 is killing me.
