Premium Familie/Please try again later

hi,
i have since days the problem that i cant join the familie invitation. i was trying over mobile phone, ipad and computer(firefox,chrome) all the time same error:

"There was a problem
Please try again later."

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community! 

Could you give us a bit more details about the plan - are you trying to join someone else's plan or do you have trouble adding members to your Family subscription?
Take a look at your plan and payments on the account page, under Your plan. You need to use your browser when you're trying to do that. Make sure you're using the same credentials to log in on our website and the app.

In addition, have you been taking part of another Premium Family plan during these last 12 months?
If so, having your own Family plan means that you won't be able to join somebody else's plan. Even if they send you a correct invitation link, you will still see an error message. Your current plan needs to run out first, then you will be able to join another plan. Take a look here for more information about finding Spotify account.

I am trying to join the family program of my brother but after clicking on the invite and confirm the address, I am receiving the following error: There was a problem, please try again later I am trying to join already for 4 days but unsuccessfully. I have tried several browsers as well as incognito mode. Can you please assist me on that? I do not own any Family plan myself. Thank you in advance.

HI I'm having the same problem, I've been trying for two days now and it finds the address but then says "There was a problem please try again later" it does not matter from where I try it just won't work. Can someone help? There is no other family or duo account set-up so that should not be interfering. If I just enter the street name without the number it tells me it should be the same address as the owner.
Could it be because I'm on a free months trial?

Same here. Been trying with household members, all three of us are unable to join anyone’s plan. We’re now paying for a duo and a family plan for the same household and none of us can join. Tried different browsers times day, wifi etc etc. nothing works. When trying to join they do not have another premium account. It does not work and it’s very frustrating
