Family plan

I forgot to update my card and my family plan got canceled. then when my family tried to re join it said that they couldn’t join more than once in a 12 month period. is there anyway to get around this?

Updated to Premium and now my son can't access his account

My son and I were on Premium Duo. I recently updated to the Family plan and now my son can't use his account. We have updated his email and he can't accept the invite. Can someone please help?

Duo to Premium

I just switched from Duo to Premium - I was using 2/2 accounts in Duo and now it says 1/6 are being used in Premium. Did the person I was in the duo with lose all his playlists? If so, is there a way to get them back? Please help - thanks.
