Family plan

I forgot to update my card and my family plan got canceled. then when my family tried to re join it said that they couldn’t join more than once in a 12 month period. is there anyway to get around this?

I think it's ridiculous to be raising the price of the plan. this has been happening every year and I am tired of it. If you're going to increase the price of the family plan. Then we should be able to add more members to the account. No **bleep**ing excuses.
