Premium plan problem

I got automatically paid $11.99 for the Spotify premium plan even though a couple days ago, I canceled the plan two days before the payment and And it paid my card automatically I canceled the subscription and it didn't say I canceled it on the app I canceled it on the website and it told me that I was past due my subscription even though I canceled it so I need help with that

You say I've premium free one month from today and so, start to pay next May 8th, but Paypal made the charge on my account just today, not 8th of May.
