Question about adherence to Spotify's Developer Terms of Service

we are developing an application to promote artists within a community, this application takes daily usage information from spotify users that belongs to the community to check if they are being actively using the app and listening to the other artists... u guys think this could be aporoved??

Are there any Developper ToS that you were specifically worried about? Might be helpful to add that in your post too.
