Receipts and Playlists data disappeared

Receipts and Playlists data disappeared

I created an account many years ago (Filipizaum, email:**bleep**) but I recently created another account (about 2 years ago) with a similar e-mail (Filipizaum2, email:**bleep**). About a week ago, I've noticed that my Spotify does not renewed my premium account, and now I tryed to see what's going on. I noticed that the email for the newer account (Filipizaum2) was with the prior account's email (**bleep**, but I just adjusted it back). And also I can't see the Receipts from these 2 years (it is empty). Also I cannot see my playlists at web version of Spotify (it is also empty). I'm afraid that if I logout from my Mobile Account I will lose definetly all the playlist that I saved in that account. Maybe it just saved the playlist at mobile cache. What happened? How can I ensure that I will not lose my playlists?
