Show all doesn't show all playlists in new interface? Bug or feature?

So I have 100 or so playlists on my spotify. The new sorting system is a mess in so many ways. I couldn't sort my playlists on the left hand side of my screen so I went to home>Your Playlists>Show All.

It only shows 10 of my playlists. A nice round 10%. Not even the 10 most recent... just a random 10. I restarted the app. No change. Curating playlists is one of my favourite past times with spotify and if this is a feature and not a bug, this is a dealbreaker for me and I'll just move my subscription elsewhere.

That said, if it's a bug is there a fix?
