Shuffle play button turned pause/play button

So I just updated my iPhone to IOS 16 and i noticed that the shuffle button in my playlist is now a pause button. I really likes the random shuffle and now its gone. Is there a way to fix this?

Same for me. Apparently they were separating the play and shuffle buttons but now there's just a play button and no shuffle!!!
