Songs only play a short clip and then switch to an album that I don't have or never listened to.

When I play a song in any playlist mine or other it will play for a short period of time then switch to something I don't have (last night was listening to soothing music before bed and defaults to that type) I have already logged out and logged back in, deleted the app off my iPhone and reinstalled, cleared the cache and even all downloaded songs, I even tried it on chrome and safari and there it won't play sound (yes I tested the sound on my computer already) and says I am planing through a chrome web player????? I closed chrome everywhere on my phone house tv everything. 

This makes no sense as I am a paying customer for years and Never had a problem like this. Anyone help?
