Spotify Blend lacks variability

Some time ago I decided to participate in some few blends with friends. For a while it functioned properly; had good distribution of songs between participants and would regularly update with new songs. Now, however, all the blends I am a part of only ever include about ten on my songs even when it's just one other person and I. On top of that those ten songs appear to be selected from a pool of fifteen songs since it's the same songs in every blend. The blends no longer really update anymore except for maybe a couple songs a day. Its rather strange I think.
