Spotify is Recommending Unavailable Album Picks

For a few months a number of albums on my Album Picks and Recommended for Today have literally all the songs greyed out. This has happened very frequently with comedy albums on the account I use for that, and occasionally (including today) on the account I use for music.

I know sometimes if an album has been made unavailable, if you have tracks from it on a playlist, you can still view the album and all the songs are greyed out an unavailable, but why would Spotify suggest albums with this going on? If the albums aren't available they should not appear in searches, let alone being recommended to users.
