Spotify keeps cutting out

Hi Everyone, 

I have a Spotify Premium Family account. The issue I have is that my young kids like to listen to music on their Alexa dots. But it means that if I am listening to something this cuts out if they want to listen to stuff and visa versa. 

They don't have their own accounts yet as they are bit young and I have logged out and logged back in but the problem persists and it's getting really annoying! HELP!

Same here, it's on all devices, happens from time to time, 
and is annoying, get's stuck for 10/20 s and keeps doing that for minutes, 

no solution worked, no reinstall, or another other psudo solution ( restarting stuff etc ) worked.
