Spotify shuffles everytime i connect to a new device

I shuffle my playlist to get a range of songs but then once I connect to my Bluetooth speaker it will shuffle again and play the same 10 songs even though my playlist has over 14hours worth of songs on it. When I turn my speaker off if I'm not using it and then turn it on again an hour later it shuffles again so then I am hearing the same songs once again.

I've tried logging out then logging back in, uninstalling and reinstalling spotify, switching between my playlists before doing both of these things but nothing seems to work.
