Spotify won't open on Android

Spotify was working fine until one day I tried to open it and it now gets stuck on the opening logo screen. I've done several reinstall with and without the sim card in, have enabled all permissions, and cleared all caches.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

I just ran into the same problem and I've been trying to solve it for 2 days. Wiping cache partition and etc. nothing worked for me. I was able to solve it by downloading an apk and installing spotify outside google play. This makes me think it might be an update related issue or google play connection issue.
