Time Saving New Music Feature

I have an album with 1200 songs and I'd really appreciate the option to move new music straight to the top of my playlist. Dragging new added songs into ear view should be easy. I like to think the very first song is what makes you listen to the next 5 but there is no functionality to just move it to the top as the first played track.

Have you ever dragged a song past 1199 others? It takes forever.
