Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

My wrapped was definitely wrong my top artist is someone that I don't even like enough to listen to that much to be in my top anything! Get rid of the AI and bring back real Analyst to go through my data!

Hi, this year wrapped showed lots of songs and music that are not on my playlist. how do I report that my account is compromised?

My wrapped is all wrong this year. It said “Texas holdem” was my top song having listened to it 77 times in one day…I think I’ve only heard this song twice.  Also I had my first baby early this year, and we would have “hush little baby” on repeat every day when he took a nap- and this didn’t show up anywhere nor did any of the songs that we listen to multiple times daily in his playlist.

This was the worst experience of the wrapped history so far. Your AI wrapped is basic, uncreative and lacks the nuances of true human nature behind the music. The more Spotify leans on AI for its algorithms the less I like Spotify. My playlists are boring and do not provide the exposure to new musicians I have come to expect. I avoid Spotify as much as possible now because of your business practices and refusal to support small artists. You should be ashamed of your greed and trend toward outsourcing artistic creativity to AI. I’m actively searching and working toward a music platform that values the humanity in creativity and hope this goes bankrupt in the next 5 years because of your refusal to support humans on every level.

I use Spotify on my laptop and until now my Spotify Wrapped still does not appear.
Last year I think it showed up a week after everyone else but this year it's still not there, I've updated already.
Does anyone know how I can see my SW without having to install it on my phone please :(?

It's been few months that I noticed a change in  Spotify : it always push the same artists and songs again and again. It annoys me so much,  that made me angry. And now Wrapped say that I'm in the top % of listeners of them? It's kind of bs.

Also, wraped didn't show all the styles of music I listened to this year.

What happened? Why all that changes? I saw somewhere that an AI took the place of the initial team ? Please take them back, Spotify quality as came down too much.

Unfortunately, the Spotify Wrapped feed is only available on the Desktop app. More info here.

Hi, my 2024 wrapped contains all songs I have never heard of let alone played!

None of them appear in my played recently nor history pages. How has this happened? Surely if someone used my account then the songs would appear in played in the app?

I have yet to receive my spotify wrapped for 2024 and as far as I know most people have. When I go to "Wrapped" is says there is an error. I have never been prompted to open my spotify wrapped when opening the app and it doesn't need updated.

I think that this year's Spotify Wrapped encapsulated the dissapointment that so many feel regarding Spotify right now. To start I think that the genres made up for individuals seems no more than Artificial Intelligence trying to gain hot words based on the artists featured. For example April was my "Boujee Skateboarding Rap" phase, I have been a part of a skateboarding community at one point and "Boujee-ness" has never been a relevant theme among skaters as they are known to be extremely thrifty, something being Boujee Skateboarding is an oxymoron. Just say I listened to rap and show me a chart of ACTUAL genres I enjoyed. I think this wrapped goes to show the shortcomings of spotify this year, my top artists are skewed because spotify now plays the same reccomended songs. Im dissapointed in the current state of spotify and the continuation of a subpar algorithm.

I noticed a large amount of me and my friends had wrong data published on our wrapped. The top song for me was from an artist/song I’ve never heard of. 
I’ve been a loyal Spotify user for a decade and today I downloaded Apple Music - super disappointed in this experience.

I listen to music on Spotify nearly every day, since around 2018 or so. This year, everyone around me has their Spotify Wrapped, but I do not. I have followed the prompts above, logged out/in, delete/redownload, restarted phone and cleared the app’s cache. I am also connected to Spotify on multiple at-home laptops. I have not been able to see my Wrapped on any device. It is disappointing to pay so much yearly for this app without being able to use its features. Please help… looking into Apple Music until this gets fixed.

I was recently looking to compare and contrast my Spotify wrapped from multiple years until this 2024. I went to my camera roll and there was screenshots from only two random years prior.

THE IDEA is to be able to access the final screen from Spotify wrapped which includes your top 5 artists and songs, from any year we (the listener) have had Spotify for.

I think a whole concept button for previous years is too much, I simply want to be able to download my final 2018-2024 Spotify wrapped to my camera roll.

I opened Spotify.com/Wrapped to see the wrapped but it said 404 doesn't exist. I also opened https://open.spotify.com/Wrapped but it said I don't have the app on my PC, I have the app and It is logged in.
