Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

Hi,can Spotify find/ define name of the music/song that is being played? Like Shazam app.

Can you send name of the themes/music that is used during 2024 wrapped? Cuz I will attache the music name to screen shot and share it on Instagram story

Why was this years Wrapped more stripped and lackluster compared to few previous years?
Was it because staff that worked with Wrapped was laid off and now you only used AI which resulted this fiasko?

My Question or Issue

It's the end of the year, I want to open my wrap. But somehow the stories keep skipping quickly and I don't even know why!, Do you guys have a solution for it? I Already clean reinstalling, turning off battery mode, clearing the cache and none oe them works! Your solution is helping me so much.

Wrapped 2023 was enjoyable and engaging.

Wrapped 2024 was pointless: "You listened to this and this and this. And you listened to this in January and that in May. And you were a top listener of these bands". I kind of already knew most of that, and I'm not that interested in being a number X fan of a particular band. So, meh!

Na, this year was rly sad... And those aren't my Top Artists, i'm pretty sure. Some i heared maybe once.

Im waiting to see Last.fm share its yearly version as it has more scrobbles (they don't stop counting too early like Spotify does) and it will be interesting to see what did Spotify highlight in their Wrapped.

Too bad Wrapped was so bad for this year, I missed all the little certain details and info they had previous years.

After Wrapped 2023 came out I switched my podcast listening from iHeart to Spotify.  Cannot understand how there was not any statistics regarding my listening as I do that every week.

This was my first year that I listened to hundreds of hours of one great podcast. Spotify didn't even reckon or mention anything about podcasts in their poor Wrapped.

I have my playlists set to private but would still like to get Spotify Wrapped at the end of the year. Will that happen? I can’t currently see my most played songs under my profile, which is apparently something I should be able to do.

My Spotify AI wrapped started misgendering me halfway through ? they start with "you" but then switch to "she" ?? I've never seen this issue with anyone else, is there a way to change that ??

Hiii I would like to find my wrapped presentation slideshow! But the problem is I don't have a mobile phone - I only got a laptop. What should i do? Advices are greatly appreciated 😄

Similar to your top 5 artists or top 5 tracks on your spotify wrapped, give the viewer a top 5 list of the albums they played the most over the year. Maybe even provide a timeline when you listened to a certain album the most, like I know I personally listened to more upbeat, pop albums in the summer like Brat by Charlie XCX and Eternal Sunshine by Ariana Grande, but listened to more slow, acoustic albums such as Older by Lizzy Mcalpine in the winter. Thank you for all you do in our wrapped already, I just was still a bit curious about my listening habits at the end of the wrapped.

I HATED MY WRAPPED 2024!!!! It included songs from the blend playlist that is shared with another user under the same membership which was a huge disappointment!! I don’t favor any of those songs but we enjoy having a playlist that includes all our music together for car rides so we’re both equally enjoying music we listen to individually. One of their artist was number 2 on my wrapped!! It bumped an artist to the bottom that I listened to frequently and replaced it with an artist I’m not a fan of!! The worst wrapped ever!! I was sooo thrilled to open it because it’s usually on point and this year was the biggest let down. So takeaway- DO NOT INCLUDE MUSIC FROM THE BLENDED PLAYLIST IN OUR INDIVIDUAL WRAPPED COLLECTIONS!! IT SHOULD ONLY INCLUDE ARTIST AND MUSIC PLAYED FROM UNIQUE PLAYLIST UNDER MY ACCOUNT ON THE SHARED MEMBERSHIP!! Looking forward to a better 2025 😒
