Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I came on here to find a solution to the same problem!! I was SO excited for spotify wrapped now I'm extremely disappointed. Definitely won't be posting my Spotify wrapped this year 😕

For the third year running, I have not gotten artist clips for my wrapped. Please rectify this

I’m so upset my number one artist on my wrapped is JELLY ROLL and i have never listened to that man in my life, my dj was randomly playing it one day and i would always skip it. i’m very disappointed like…that is no where near what i listened to this year.

My #2 artist in Top Artists for 2024 is someone I’d never heard of before today (Morgan Wallen), and never listened to, in a genre of music I don’t listen to. Further, my Wrapped suggests that I listened to this genre of music as my top choice for the month of October, which is not true. I’ve since changed my Spotify password and logged out everywhere, but is it possible there is an issue on Spotify’s end?

Hey I don’t get the animations on wrapped it was the same as last year. I can’t see how many artists I’ve listened to for example. I just se the end of the animations not the text and stats it should be. I’ve tried to delete and download the app several times but it doesn’t change. And i can’t find any available updates on AppStore. Please help me with this I want to know al my stats. Kind regards Iris

  Premium plan, Android, Mexico, I had a problem with my Spotify wrapped, and it doesn't let me see it, the playlists don't load and it doesn't let me open the stories of the wrapped

Is there a way to access the data for my 2024 Spotify Wrapped? My devices are too old to update to the latest version of the mobile app. Please add Wrapped to the desktop app or web browser please!

Wrapped 2024 is trash half the songs that were skipped after coming on automatically after songs I liked but that’s not the worst of it top number one song I have no clue who or what it is! No, no one has my info, it isn’t liked, it isn’t in any of my playlists that I create to separate all my music. Such a disappointment! I guess it’s fair to say Drake is right about Spotify pushing people’s music. Might be time to switch to Apple Music, that’s pretty bad top song smh Spotify is trash now never had this issue with my previous wrapped the last 4 or so years just a error that’s pathetic and a reflection of what to expect also never knew they have limits on how many songs fit in a playlist till I hit them without knowing thinking my music is getting saved correctly and nothing was getting saved. I’ll check out Apple Music and see what’s up I don’t think they have the listening together w a friend thing but I know when I’m in my girls car it asks if I want to link in with hers which Spotify doesn’t do. But still top song be something I have no clue what it is is absolutely crazy!

I’m finding the new spotify wrapped heavily underwhelming.

I think the design is extremely ugly. Moreover, I’m missing some slides my friends have (in example, the phase slide). Complaints were made a few hrs ago in the iOS forum, no one seemed to pay them any attention.

This year was so lackluster when compared to the 2023 edition. Disappointing!

Me too my first song that Spotify put in my wrapped is completely wrong that a song that I never listen too in my entire Life please Spotify change this i have the premium
