We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Always been really happy with my wrapped, always looking forward to is. This year is just horrible, it doesn’t even feel like me. I feel robbed of the experience.

I also don't have some of the tabs for example the total number of songs listened to or how many artists i listened to...

I am missing several Spotify wrapped stats such as number of artists streamed over the year and the number of different songs. Very buggy role out this year

I like the Wrap, but sharing it is immensely frustrating. You seemingly cannot skip forward to the final picture; pressing share just links other users to their own Wrap; while you need to watch the whole thing again to get to the final slide.

I just watched for the fifth time and still haven't managed to properly share my top fives.

I had some music there that i have blocked since spring and i didn't need to be remind by them. Could i have have new Wrapped without those blocked songs and Artists?

I have a song on my top 5 that came out October 11th, and I know for a facts there’s NO way I listened to it more than any other song this year. When I sign into a third party stats site, I get completely differently top songs from the last 12 months

I have a very similar issue as well. When I really like a song I tend to listen to on repeat and I’ve had issues with songs not being placed in the on repeat playlist recently. Come to find out those same songs that had issues didn't make it to the “your top songs 2024” playlist and I believe the streams weren’t counted on my spotify wrapped towards the song or the artist. I have a backed up stats.fm account and checked statsforspotify to confirm that my wrapped was incorrect. The 2024 wrapped felt as if nearly the entire aug - nov was just neglected. This is the first year I felt like my wrapped was just completely wrong.

I am very upset with the spotify wrapped this year. The graphics and prompts are incredibly simple. I think my entry level computer scientist friend could've cooked this up in less than an hour. Spotify is supposed to be undeniably better than Apple Music, but after the wrapped results I am honestly not sure which platform is the best anymore. What happened? Where were the sound towns? The genre count? The listening personas? Why were the colors so bland and robotic? It looks like you guys spent 5 minutes asking AI to build this out for you without any thought or effort. The prompts did not need to be the exact same as last year, but there was a prevalent lack of creativity and thought put into this year's wrapped. I am immensely disappointed. As a huge advocate for Spotify, I do not know what to believe anymore.
