Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I have premium on stats.fm. And tops in stats.fm for 2024 and wrapped 2024 a bit different. Whose mistake it is?

why did spotify do me dirty? a song i sought out one time and hate-listened to, ONCE, is my number 3 song?!?!?!?!? Jolene by Beyoncé.. What the **bleep** spotify… the mistakes don’t end there.. my number 1 played song is also incorrect. The band is most likely right, but the song spotify has selected as most played is one by this band that I do not enjoy and went out of my way to never play. Why spotify, why?

Spotify Wrapped needs to have the genres listed like it used to. Feel like every year Wrapped gets worse.

Stats.fm actually gave me an accurate recap of my top artists and songs in the last year, I would definitely say it's spotifys screw up considering how bad this years wrapped was.

I click on my spotify wrapped and it doesn't play? Like i can see some of the things but not all? And none of the animations are working and it wont move on to the other slide by itself.

So i got like only five stories for my wrapped 2024 but i saw people got 10 and 15 as a matter fact am premium at egypt please i need a solution

For the last two years, my Spotify wrapped has only gone to April. What happened to

yes same is frustrating asf like we waited an entire years jus to see this BS some of us cant use it on our phones, i could veiw my wrap last year but this year absolutely not

No estoy de acuerdo con mí Spotify wrapped. Dice que mís artistas 4 y 5 son Dua Lipa y Billie Ellish y yo nunca escuché a ninguna de las 2 en todo el año. Ni siquiera sigo sus cuentas. Es una lástima pq me hubiera gustado compartir mí Spotify wrapped pero no me representa

this is so ridiculous, I can't download spotify on my phone so I don't get to have features that others do just because they want to force people to download their app? i encourage anyone else to cancel their premium memberships, since the company clearly doesn't care about the consumer

I have a feeling that the second half of the year isn't really taken in consideration by Spotify. My current Spotify Wrapped would only make sense if I had suddenly stopped using the app in July, hypothetically.

Starting from May I have been listening to one specific song multiple times a day for several months. I've previously been keeping track of my listening activity on other websites like Stats for Spotify, where this song has rightfully always been the top 1 song for months, yet it's now at number 20 on my 2024 Wrapped playlist.
Other songs that I've been listening to a lot in the past 3 months or so don't even appear on the playlist.
Considering the fact that 3 months is 1/4 of a year, I'm really confused as to why Spotify Wrapped didn't consider a huge period of my listening activity.

I don't have any informations about my top podcasts like how many minutes I listened to them. As well as the "this month ... season" feature. Idk why tho had everything last year.

I have literally never even heard of my top artist… Nothing about this year was correct. Top songs were all wrong for sure, top artists wrong, I even think my number of minutes was wrong. So disappointed. Would love a redo

So glad to see I'm not alone. I was and still am upset about it. I always look forward to my Spotify Wrapped but this year my top 5 artists included 4 artists I never heard of ever and when I went to hear their music, it was stuff I'd never in a million years listen to. Ever. It didn't even match my top songs list!
