We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I did not get all the features that other people had in their spotify wrapped. Such as "This month was your something something phase."

My #3 artist is someone I would never intentionally listen to. And it said my November listening was my “Mallgoth Guidance Post-Hardcore season”. What the actual eff is that? The music that was playing during that part of my wrapped is music I would never knowingly listen to! How? I’m logged in with Facebook OAUTH protected by multi factor authentication. How is someone else listening to my Spotify? Or is the Spotify database with my info corrupted?

I have google chats with a coworker from the past five years saying that there is absolutely no way that St Vincent was my top artist as I listened to Weyes Blood (2019), Lucy Dacus (2020), Jesca Hoop (2021), La Luz (2022) and Department of Eagles waaaaay more. 

I barely listened to any St Vincent this year. I listened to a cubic ship ton of Daniel Rossen. My kid took over the Spotify app on the TV but they were listening to Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande and Chappell Roan, definitely NOT St Vincent.

That they’re pushing St Vincent so hard on me is disturbing. They’re literally trying to make me think I listen to an artist who is not in my regular rotation just because they want to promote her for some reason.

I saw other's streaming apps such as Apple Music and Youtube music and they were more detailed in the data so the recap was more interesting, for example, apple music shared the most listened album per year, the minutes of the 5 most listened artist (Not like spotify which shared only for the first artist).

Everyone is sharing their wrapped links but when you click on it, all you get is your own. It sucks!!!

I found my Spotify Wrapped on my mobile app, but when I checked the laptop app, I could not find it. I checked the updates but I am up to date with that. What am I to do now?

What happened? 

The Spotify Wrapped used to be a fun, heartwarming walk down Memory Lane. Witty, entertaining and a nice wrap up of my year on your app. 

This year it was bleak in comparission to earlier years. Cold, superficial and with no humor. Meaningless jumbles of words haphazardly thrown together. I feel worse for experiencing it. What happened to you?

I use Spotify on the browser and it won't give me my Spotify Wrapped podcast. Is there going to be a browser launch?

Hi, I can’t find my 10th top artist, I’ve found the others 19. I’m pretty sure is a specific artist because their songs (that I listened to them a lot) neither are on the playlist of 2024. I think it might be an error or something. I updated the app and nothing new comes out. pd: I have already checked on the artist profile.

I thought wrapped was really bad this year. It felt lazy and not at all the experience it was in previous years. I didn't get my top podcasts even though I listen to at least an hour a day of podcasts and was looking forward to seeing that the most. I was disappointed that the visuals felt like they were AI generated and the genres included were weird and made up. Didn't like it at all, didn't have fun with it.

Paid member here, why does your link to the Wrapped AI Podcast not actual go to it anymore? It seems like ya'll removed it and didn't notify anyone. http://spotify.com/wrappedAIpodcast Currently, this link just goes back to the regular Wrapped 2024 page, and my app and desktop version of Spotify both don't show the wrapped AI podcast anymore.

We know you used AI to make this year’s wrapped slideshow. Stop being lazy and put some effort into it. Nothing fun about wrapped this year. God gave you creativity but didn’t give AI any. Use that.

Hey, For some reason I can't find my music evolution playlist. I can find my wrapped playlist and my ai podcast but not my music evolution. I tried looking in the wrapped section on my spotify app on my phone and in the "made for you" section, I tried logging in on the webplayer on my phone, Then I tried logging in on the webplayer on my laptop, Then I tried looking on the app on my laptop. I've clicked the links to it on the internet but it just says "page not found." I would like to know what's going on and why I can't find it. Thank you.

Same here, got it last year on desktop but I did not get it this year. 

I found my 2024 playlist and my music evolution playlist though, but I'd love to get the wrapped as last year.

My Spotify wrapped doesn't include the podcasts I have listened to, why is that??? 😭😭

Hi, I had some issues with my wrapped songs. At first the my summaries showed that Iv had played a lot of Swedish gangsterrap music. That made me think that my account was hacked (logged in through Facebook) when I changed Facebook password the weird music disappeared. Is this a known issue? A bug? Or was my account actually hacked? Johan
