Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

My wrapped was good except for top artist… I never listen to Taylor swift yet she was my number 5 artist… seems weird that Taylor Swift specifically is being repeated by other users as a hallucination on their wrapped… this needs to be investigated and I want a new wrap.

Can anyone redo my spotify wrapped?

My top song I've only listened to twice this year and the rest weren't in my playlist.

4 of my top artists i have never listened to or added to my playlist.

20,000 isn't right as i normally listen to spotify for over an hour a day.

If anyone at spotify can redo it I'd be interested to know the accurate results

If you’re annoyed by Wrapped taking over the main page, here’s some good news: the tab has already been relocated and it will soon disappear entirely. Sadly, the rest of Spotify’s chaos remains. Today, I was listening to a podcast about contemporary music, and the host mentioned how overwhelming the Spotify app has become. He said he feels overstimulated and misses the days when your focus was entirely on an album, free from irrelevant distractions. It’s comforting to know I’m not the only one frustrated by how chaotic Spotify feels now. As a student account holder, I can’t access audiobooks, still they appear, adding to the mess. I really wish the app/design were cleaner—I blame its constant mess for making me enjoy music far less than before.

This is my first comment on here and online in general about Spotify Wrapped but it was so awful that I feel I have to say something that represents mine and big majority of users opinions. 

Spotify Wrapped 2024 is the worst ever. Period. 

The stats (or lack thereof), the hideous AI generated genres and ugly visuals is a huge disappointment to many who had been working all year towards curating their Spotify Wrapped 2024.

In previous years my biggest issue has always been that as the main account holder, my profile is linked to all the Alexa devices in my home, which means my Spotify Wrapped is never personalised to me at all, which is an issue for many of us but particularly parents of younger children who don’t have access to their own profiles meaning they have to listen on ours. I don’t want nursery rhymes in my top listening stats! There should also be a separate section for those who listen to podcasts etc because I also don’t want ASMR or meditation recordings in my top stats either. 

However despite those issues which Spotify just seems to consistently ignore despite increasing their pricing plans, this year I’m not bothered about that at all as the Spotify Wrapped would have been even more disappointing if I was able to only include what I had personally listened to for it to be as published in such a sloppy manner.

Clearly the redundancies made in December 2023 have greatly impacted the quality of this year’s outcome because it undeniably highlights the poor standard in comparison to previous years. 

Arguably if another music streaming service decides to also include an end of year accumulation of listening stats, then Spotify is going to have to up their game to keep their active users because they have failed miserably this year, making it a great opportunity for other services to prove they can do better, which wouldn’t be difficult considering the standard this year has been set so low. 

Spotify needs to listen to their user feedback and take it on-board because ultimately active users are what keeps Spotify in business.

This has been a major issue for me since I joined Spotify and I have been a premium user for many years now but still they won’t add a function that allows you to omit certain data from the Spotify Wrapped. Every year it’s a let down as my account is linked to all the Alexa’s in my home which means it’s never personalised to me and as the person paying for the subscription, I think it’s unfair that others get to enjoy an experience that I can’t.  

I’ve been requesting this for years but Spotify don’t seem to care so I really wouldn’t expect a reply.

I listened to 1300 different artists from different genres, how come I am not getting the genres story? also where is my personalised message? and the extra descriptions? I got nothing much top songs and artists, and i have 37K listening minutes this year

For the second year in a row Spotify Wrapped has listed a song I hate and have never played as my most played song of 2024. How the #@*# does this happen?????

It also has artists I have never heard of, or played, as my favourite artists

Why is my wrapped so broken?

How do I fix it???????

My Top Artist was wrong, instead it showed my 2nd artist and basically erased my actual top artist from the face of the earth. None of my stats had any information about my top artist and I’m at a loss.

I have followed the link and the tab in the app but it just redirects me to my homepage without getting to see my wrapped, i have tried uninstalling, clearing cache and signing out and nothing allows it to be seen. It worked on the same device and same account last year

Hey, 

I've listened to podcasts a lot this year but I don't have a category for that in my wrapped. I'm pretty sure I listened to podcasts even more than music and would really like to see the stats on that. I've noticed that some of my friends do have a wrapped specifically for podcasts so I know something must be wrong with mine.

I have never listened to the song that is reported as my top song. The other songs I agree but if there is something I need to check to make sure my account is not being used by someone else please let me know how this happened

I was disappointed that Wrapped didn’t show top genres this year, and instead used nonsense vibes to describe what you listened to? I would prefer if the main data (artists, songs, genres) stayed consistent over the years instead of changing for trends

My top listened to artist I had never heard of. Say's I listened to the for 3 days, again, never heard of them. Really disappointed.

The wrapped summary that Spotify provided for my personal music listening experience isn’t even close! I’ve never even heard of these artists in my life! Is it confusing me with someone else? How do get this corrected?

Bring back functionality to Wrapped and genres! I can personally say that if Spotify can no longer provide these fun stuff it used to I will move on to using YouTube music full time or other music apps like deezer or tidal. I don't hate the AI and it is probably necessary to the scale at which Spotify operates but it needs to be fun and functional for the listener so we can enjoy our music as well as your service!

I’m really sad about my Wrapped this year. I enabled an “Alexa” mode that would enable music to be played when my dog barked at home while alone. My top artists are now all classical musicians…😂 I wish there was a way to redo your wrapped, electing to leave out certain variables such as this.

My list is definitely wrong - all of the artists & songs are ones I’ve never heard of!
