can't figure out password and spotify won't email help i'm panicking

hihi so basically i have this acc which i made bc i had a spotify premium code and i put it in on the website BUT THEN i tried to log in in app and i magically couldn't figure out the passcode and then surprise surprise i tried password reset but the email never sent { yes, i looked in the junk drawe } and now i think i used the card for nothing help me please wth do i do??
