remote mode issue in smasung watch3 tizen os

hi i bought a samsung watch 3 and i i have some issue with spotify in tizen OS latest version

A70 one ui3.1 is my phone 

first remote mode is not work (connect to bluetooth to use spotify) every thing is connected but its not work thst is the reason i cant switch my playlist

i am premium user and every thing is update 

spotify 8.6.68.1225 and watch is uptograde version

and second issue is if i want to use my own music player eemote in watch it shows all song in current playlist but it cant play it its only show it but if you touch list its not work 

 i  talk to samsung support and they said its work perfectly with other player and i think its true

and dont dont suggest to unistall spotify i do it several times and old versions is tested but not work

There's a little extra control panel with shortcuts for volume, shuffle and repeat. To turn the volume up or down, for example, press the three dots at the bottom of the playback screen.

After selecting the volume option, just turn the crown to control the volume level.
