Tail-wagging hello to you TrySquadDF!

If you are seeing a message in the Google Play Store that the Spotify app is not supported on your device or platform, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Check for software updates: Make sure that your device's operating system is up to date. Go to your device's Settings > System > System Updates to check for any available updates. Installing the latest software updates may resolve any compatibility issues with the Spotify app.

  2. Clear cache and data: Go to your device's Settings > Apps & notifications > Spotify > Storage > Clear Cache/Clear Data. This will delete any temporary files and data associated with the app, which may be causing the issue.

  3. Uninstall and reinstall the Spotify app: Completely uninstall the Spotify app from your device and then reinstall it from the Google Play Store. This will ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed and that any previous installation issues have been resolved.

  4. Contact Spotify support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may want to contact Spotify Support for further assistance. You can do this by going to the Spotify app, tapping on the "Settings" gear icon, and selecting "Contact Us" or "Customer Support" to submit a support request. You can also contact Spotify support through their website or social media channels.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that your device or platform may not be fully compatible with the Spotify app. In such cases, you may need to consider using a different device or platform to access the Spotify app.

Let's keep this from going to the dogs, keep me updated!
