why can I not download music on 2 iPhones? I have a premium account. My second iPhone  Spotify app is telling me to disable / delete the music from one of my other devices. why?

I had the same issue last month. Chatted with an agent and they did something which allowed me to download on my phone. One month later I have the same problem and now I can’t seem to find the chat with agent option in the website.

I have used Spotify for more than a decade but seems like it’s time to say goodbye.
