802 Error

I just recently was told to get Spotify by all my friends.... well as excited as i am to get it..i install it everything goes as planned put some music on playlist and listened to it a bit then it stops working -__- keeps saying 802. Now im not sure if im doing something wrong, im pretty tech savvy and all but i am unable to listen to anything or search for anything as well.... So what am i supposed to do? I wanna go premium but i sure wont if this is all its gonna do...

Having signed up as a UK user, I have emigrated to Australia. Having followed all the relevant steps (changing my account country, logging off and back on again) I still get an 802 error. What is going on?

Is this happening on all tracks or just certain ones?
