Account gone

This morning when i woke up my account (that ive used since 2009) is gone! It doesnt exist anymore.

Could use some help getting it back..

Registered a new account with the same mail so i could post on the forum.

Have you tried entering your Spotify username instead of your email address on the login and password reset page?

Worked, but im not getting the email and im 100% sure that i used my current mail for my spotify account.

Give it a little time to come through, if not get in touch here and the Spotify team can help you recover your account manually. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
