Account isnt working.

I was for the past 2 month been able to log into either my online spotify or the applicaiton it keeps giving me error 410 but when I try and resolve it I am unable to log in to change my password. spotify name is phdiab and my email is my facebook email which when promted to log in from facebooks returns with an error.

Have you tried launching Spotify from within Facebook? 

If you sign into the Facebook website, click on "Music" which should be under "Apps" on the left hand column, and then click any Spotify link. Your desktop client should launch with you automatically signed in 😉

Just to clarify you are pressing the "Log in with Spotify" or "Login in with Facebook" button?

Hi phdiab6 - As you created your account with a unique username (not via Facebook) you should do a password reset from this site: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/

Have you given that a try already?
