I sended on 14 may a contact forum to you with a question to reset the e-mailadres to my own.

 

Could you please take a look at it cause I still did not recieved any answer.

I still have not heard anything of spotify for my case.

Hey Joram 🙂 

 

I dont work for Spotify so the amount of information I can give you is not a lot. I can confirm a member of the community team did reply to my escalation request saying your case had been escalated internally and you should have recieved a reply the following Monday. 

 

I have re-escalated this to the team just to check if the case was answered for you. Sorry the all the hassle, normally once we escalate it here everything goes smoothly!
