Account sync

I paid for premium spotify and was charged but, on my computer its still showing that I have the free subscription. Still playing ads and not syncing to my phone. How do I fix this? Is there anyone to contact?

I tried reinstalling and still says, I have a free subscription.... any other ideas? I mean I have the recipt saying I paid. Is there a way to contact them directly?

Could you make sure you're logging in with the username 'geryan6' and your Spotify password, not your Facebook details.

How do I go about changing it from using my facebook to log in? Every time I try logging in with my spotify account ( which is different) it doesn't allow me. Tells me I'm using the wrong password and makes me sign in through facebook.

I've just deleted that duplicate account, so you should now be able to log in with your 'geryan6' username. If you can't remember your password, just go to www.spotify.com and click on 'login'. They'll be a reset password option below.
