I changed my phone and quit my old phone subscription, and now my spotify subscription will end as well because I got it with the old phone. could I just change the number on which the subscription is on so that i could keep all my playlists and won't have to create a new account.

Telia use a different system for your Premium. One we can't access, so we can't actually touch your subscription. If you'd like to move your Premium from one account to another, Telia will need to do it, I'm afraid.
