Cannot Access Account - ASAP Help

I cannot access my account now & i am a premium member. I deleted my FB & e-mail address that is tied to this account.

 

Please assist.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this after verifying a few security details.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have tried that already however the problem is the e-mail on file has been deleted & is no longer active.

Does the form above not let you enter the reply email address? 

Just include all of the account details in the body of the message and in the email field enter the address you would like the reply to be sent out to.
