Cannot cancel account

Cannot cancel account

I have just canceled my account for the 3rd time. Every time I cancel I find a month later I am still geting charged. I log in to Spotify and it appears as though my acount is still active. What does it take to cancel a subscription? The only solution I see is to cancel my Visa card.

I can see my colleague has just been in touch via the contact form. Please keep an eye on out for another message from us. 

This is happening to me. I csncelled my account more than two weeks ago, and I was charged today for device and my account says it is still active. Even though I have been getting e-mails saying I'm missing out and should come back. Do I need to cancel my credit card too?

I want my money back!!!
