Cannot log in with facebook or any device.

I cannot log in to spotify on my Blackberry, Kindle Fire, or any Windows computer.

Windows: Will not even log me into the spotify website. I get an "there is an error processing this request"

I had to log into my friends account to post here.

I have reset my facebook password multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled spotify and tried on other computers as well.

There is no problem logging into other accounts on my computer.

BEFORE this started happening on Windows (when I first realized there was a problem), I could log in, and got error code 101 which only let me listen to my offline playlists.   

My account is under my shayden16@drexel.edu email and my name is Sonja Hayden. I am a Premium account holder of about 8 months and I am more than unhappy that I have paid for it this month and cannot even log in to cancel the service, let alone use my music. I have sent emails to customer help with no response under claim #s 00329050, 00328987 and 00320428.  

I am MORE THAN FRUSTRATED. Can anyone help??

I can understand your frustration with this. 

I have escalated this topic to the forum staff for you. Hopefully someone will be able to look into this for you.

Hey, sorry to hear you've been having issues with Spotify.

I've looked up your case references and I can see that they've been escalated to our investigative team to look into. I'm sure they'll be back with you soon, but if not (say another 24 hours) just ping me in this thread and I'll go crack some skulls.

Thanks for escalating this guys!! 

But alas, still no luck, I keep getting the "error processing your login" nonsense when I try to log in. 

Is there some way to reset my account or something along those lines?
